 MyBizCart support Paypal, 2CO & bank transfer. You can accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex & more when you signup a

 merchant account with Paypal or 2CO. Beside Paypal & 2CO, our latest version also include Maybank2U as payment

 option.

 - after you have complete the payment process, please print out your online bill for reference.

 - for first time user, you have to register first before you are allow to continue to checkout page.

 Yes.

 

 7. Can I accept local currency, as example Ringgit Malaysia?

 Yes. You can also accept US Dollar, HK Dollar & any currency in the word (up to 3 maximum).

 

 8. How To Order MyBizCart in Malaysia, Singapore & Australia?

 In Malaysia, you can contact our authorized distributor & dealer here. While for market outside Malaysia, please contact

 9. Does MyBizCart working well in Windows Server?

 Currently, we have tested working perfect (for more than 2 years) in Linux OS server platform. We do not recommend

 Windows server to avoid any support & maintenance issue. 

 

 10. Can I operate MyBizCart from my computer with Windows Vista OS?

 Yes. MyBizCart support almost all OS platform (eg: Windows XP, WIndows Vista & etc).

 

 11. Does this package include training?

 No. But you can download free user manual inside admin panel (under help menu). If you still require training, kindly

 contact our reseller or software developer for arrangement. Training rate will depend on your location.

 

 12. Can you provide us total solutions like enter products info, upload products picture & etc....

 Yes. We can do everything for you at a reasonable cost. Please contact our authorized dealer for quote. 

 

 13. Does this package include domain name registration?

 No. But we can help you to register for a .com, .net or .biz domain name for RM50/year only. Please visit our parent

 website for more information. Should you still have any problem, please contact us here.

 

 14. If I need assistant/ help, what should I do?

 To get fast solution, please follow below step :

 

 Step 1 : Read your user manuals.

 

 Step 2 : If you can't get your answer, please search inside our FAQ section here (scroll to MyBizCart category).

 

 Step 3 : If you still can't get your answer, please submit a support ticket at our helpdesk here.

 

 Normally, we will respond to helpdesk about 50% faster than telephone & email support. We are strongly

 suggest our customers to use helpdesk when they need support or assistant.

 

 15. Can I request different design of MyBizCart?

 Yes, if you are willing to pay at least RM2000 (or above) for the design cost, we are willing to talk to you.

 

 16. Can I put a hyperlink (external website link) at MyBizCart product page/ about us?

 Yes, but this feature is for advanced user that familiar with HTML coding. However, we have short course that show you

 how to create a hyperlink, please consult our reseller for more info.

 

 17. Can I change my background & text color, fonts type?

 You have to buy our "color code & font plug-in" (cost you RM99) in order to do so.


 18. How to add sound effect at main page ?

 This feature can be done by advanced user that familiar with multimedia flash. We provide this service at resonable price.

 

 19. Can we add extra title, example "career"?

 No, unless you request for customization version that may cost you 5x to 10x higher in price.


 20. How much the cost to design a flash banner?

 The market rate is about RM400. However, our web designer can do it for you start from RM250 only depend on your
