The 1GB Premium Web Hosting is strictly for use with MyBizCart operation only.

 

The cost is NOT inclusive of domain name registration.

 

Setup & Renewal

 

Setup & installation cost is inclusive in our package. No hidden cost to pay.

The renewal cost INCLUSIVE of 1GB Premium Web Hosting is RM398.

 

What inclusive in our renewal fees :

 

      - MyBizCart Technical Support for 12 Months

      - 1GB Premium Web Hosting

      - FREE software update & same version UNLIMITED software upgrade

 

The cost is NOT inclusive of domain name renewal.

 

Warranty

 

All software products develop & sold by First Online (M) Sdn Bhd and our

authorized reseller will cover 1 year warranty against software bug(s). Please

provide us your domain name (that pre-installed with our software).

upon request of support. All request of support have to send to our helpdesk for

fast respond. Warranty void if the software is found to have been modified or amended by unauthorized programmer.

 

Warranty DO NOT cover software training, upgrade from different version &

design. We will respond to all warranty claims as soon as possible, but normally

to be done within a period of 3 working days unless it involves major software

structure problem.

 

Payment Method 

 

Payment for all transaction shall be in CASH term, Debit Card or Credit Card

only. Cheque payment is subjected to bank clearing before delivery of

software.

 

Refund Policy

 

If you are unhappy with our service, we offer an unconditional 7-day money back guarantee subject to 20% administrative charges. No refund available for domains name or web site design.

 

Suspension & Termination

 

We have discretion to terminate this Agreement or suspend our Services &

Products without notice to you including but not limited to :

 

- if any of information specified by you including without limitation, as stated

   on order form is found to be false;

- if you commit a breach of any of the terms & conditions;

- If you use, or intend to use our products fraudulently or dishonestly, or use for

   any other purpose other than what it intended to be used.

 

Limitation Of Liability

 

Firstonline.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from firstonline.net servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, firstonline.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of firstonline.net servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. Violations of these Acceptable Uses Policies should be referred to sales@firstonline.net. All complaints will be investigated promptly.
