MyBizCart is a multi-functional eCommerce shopping cart software.

Do I need to pay for yearly renewal?

You do not need to renew the software as it is one time purchase and you own the software, however you can subscribe to our yearly maintenance fee which only cost you RM398/year and you get the following bundle with the maintenance fee:

1. 2GB of Business Hosting in Premium Server
2. 12 month Technical Support
3. Free software upgrade when new version are being release

When purchasing MyBizCart from you do I own the software or you just allow me to use in your portal

You own the software as you are not only buying the portal but buying the software, in fact we are giving you with the CD and End user software agreement

Can MyBizCart accept cash voucher/ reward points?

Do I need to buy domain from your company

We advise customer to buy domain from us as we are providing total solutions under one roof for our customer.  However this is not compulsory as customer are free to buy domain from anywhere they prefer.

Can I accept local currency, as example Ringgit Malaysia?

Yes. You can also accept RM, US Dollar, HK Dollar & any currency in the word.

Can I operate MyBizCart from my computer with Windows Vista OS?

Yes. MyBizCart support almost all OS platform (Tested with Windows XP, WIndows Vista & Windows 7).

If I buy domain from other place, how do I point the domain to your server

Do you charge any installation charge when I buy MyBizCart from you

No, we install it free on our server.

How about if I wanted to install on other hosting server

The hosting company will be able to install for you, installation guide is provided in the CD, however if you want us to install for you, installation charges are RM150 per installation.

Is any server support MyBizCart Software?

Put simply, almost 80% of worldwide web server support. MyBizCart is recommended to run on Linux Server. While compatible Windows Server with PHP and MySQL will be able to run it as well. Please check with your hosting company before buying the hosting packages.  The following component is required to run MyBizCart software:

1. PHP 4.0 and above
2. MySQL 4.0 and above
3. Server pre-installed with GD Library

We recommend Server with Cpanel.

If I host it myself do I still have to pay the maintenance fee?

No, if you do not need the support and free software upgrade. Hosting is one of the free bundles when you pay for the maintenance fee.

Can you guarantee your server 100% uptime

We are unable to give you any guarantee; in fact no hosting company in the world can give you this guarantee.  However our track records show that we have almost 100% uptime every month or 99.99% uptime every year.

Can you guarantee our data do not loss in case of server failure

Proper precaution had been taken to safeguard the data for our customer, your site are hosted in Premium Quality Server which running Raid 1 controller with 2nd simultaneously backup hard disk.  However no guarantee can be given on the data.  We advise customer to do backup from time to time.

Can a person that do not have much IT knowledge backup the data

Yes, it is a simple task just a click of a mouse and you can get your data backup.

In case of software corrupted or damages due to hosting failure do I get a replacement

Yes, we will install it back for you without any charges if you subscribe to our maintenance package of RM398 per year.

Do we need to worry on the failure, server down or data lost

You don’t need to worry on this, since we started the hosting business in year 1999, data lost never happen in our server as Premium Server are being replace every 3 years.

Can I customized certain features in MyBizCart software to suite my operation

Yes, this is the beauty of using MyBizCart software, we are the developer of this software and will be able to customized for you according to your requirement and at the reasonable cost.

I have two domain name, I can buy one copy of MyBizCart software and install to both domain name

No, MyBizCart is license per domain basis, mean to be use on single domain name.

I have change my company name, can I change the license to my new company

Yes, MyBizCart is license base on domain name, you can change the company name but not the domain name.

If I change my domain name, can I change MyBizCart to new domain

No, you need to buy a new copy of MyBizCart, as it is license on the domain name and not transferable.

Can I use two domains name but pointing to the same MyBizCart software.

Yes, you can use as many domain as you like and pointing to the same MyBizCart. Just notify us of the additional domain to be point to the same MyBizCart and we will be able to point for you Free of charge up to 10 domains.  Subsequent domain is chargeable at RM10 per domain.

Do you provide email services with MyBizCart Hosting packages?

Yes, you can run email under your domain name.

Can I use hosting space provided for MyBizCart to install other software?

Our license agreement do not allow you to install third party software into MyBizCart hosting account, this is to avoid corruption of MyBizCart software or accidentally deleting some of MyBizCart components.  If MyBizCart malfunction after you install 3rd party software, we charge you RM150 per job to fix the problem.
